The floating shape series was born after months of experimenting with sewing on metal. I have received several design awards for one-of-a-kind pieces using the same technique that I developed.

           Every shape is cut, domed, soldered, and hand-drilled with a tiny little drill bit to accept hand-stitched embellishment for the finish. Fabricated in sterling silver, then oxidized, or plated with 24k gold, rose-gold, or rhodium. There is no special care needed, since the silver is coated with non-tarnishing rhodium or clear lacquered. However, please be gentle with them because all stitched work is hand-sewn and a delicate finish.
